When you call to figure out the solution, the customer service reps are from India, not the US. So again, this is supposed to be a program to help US citizens but in the long run this is starting to turn into a scam. They lie, hang up the phone on you, and give you falfisied information. I think that Safelink is a very good idea to help people get their feet back under them. I believe that it can help them to find jobs and improve their income as well as being able to call 911.
